UK consumers purchasing eligible goods online may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions. After notifying us of a valid cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Items should be returned with reasonable care. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain subject to your statutory rights. Contact us before returning an item so that we can provide return instructions.
