These terms apply to purchases made through the Bredwerotour website. Product descriptions, prices and availability may change from time to time.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an acceptance/dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance through the checkout process.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable UK consumer rights.
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is a material pricing or description error, payment is not authorised, or fulfilment would be unlawful. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.
